Pricing questions

Who counts as a billable employee?Anyone active on the register when the cycle opens. People who exited last month are not billed this month, and people you add mid-cycle are billed from the next one.
Is the free plan a trial?No. Starter is free forever for up to ten employees, with unlimited runs and every statutory report. The 14-day trial applies to Growth and Books.
Can I get a GST invoice?Yes. Add your GSTIN in billing settings and every invoice is issued against it with the CGST/SGST split and HSN/SAC codes.
